1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Mise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Mise is an agent orchestration platform provided by Datascape Industrial. It allows users to store credentials, manage AI agent workflows, exchange data via artifacts, and monitor execution telemetry.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Store credentials for accounts you do not have authorization to use
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API endpoints
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you store in Mise, including credentials, artifacts, and execution logs. We do not claim any rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
6. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect external services (e.g. Google, Zoho, GitHub) through Mise, you are also subject to those services' terms. Mise acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Mise available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Datascape Industrial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mise after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
